Net Service is thrilled to announce its collaboration with the Italian Embassy Luxembourg and the Italian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce for the upcoming conference titled "Digital Transformation in the European E-Justice." This significant event is scheduled to take place in Luxembourg on June 13th at the HELIX building, the new POST Group headquarters.
The conference aims to explore the Digital Transformation of the Public Sector, with a special focus on the Justice sector across both national and European levels. It will feature an array of distinguished speakers and presentations, offering insights into best practices from EU member states and showcasing cutting-edge initiatives.
The conference will begin with welcome remarks from Damiano Rampini, Deputy Head of Mission of the Italian Embassy, and Fabio Morvilli, President of the Italy-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. It will also include interventions by a representative from the Italian Ministry of Justice and Ludovic Gilles, CEO of Elgon S.A., an entity of the POST Group.
Afterwards, the organizers will leave the floor to the protagonists presenting case studies about E-Justice and Digital Systems for the Courts, which include:
- Modernizing Justice: The EU Court of Justice's Journey with Digitalization

- First fully digital court: from the rules of procedure to implementation
by Alexander Ramsay, Unified Patent Court.
- Artificial intelligence and administrative justice: employment strategies, methodologies, and prospects

- Online civil trial at the Italian Supreme Court: an overview
by Ileana Fedele, Italian Court of Cassation.
The event will be facilitated by Lisa Toni Burke, ensuring a smooth flow and engaging discussions throughout the day.
The round table discussion on the topic of A.I in E-Justice will be moderated by H.E. Ambassador Rocco Cangelosi.
The day will conclude with an opportunity for networking and a cocktail reception, allowing attendees to discuss the insights shared and foster collaborations.
