Net Service celebrates the first Electronic Criminal Filing at the Supreme Court of Cassation

Net Service celebrates the first electronic criminal filing at the Supreme Court of Cassation, marking a significant milestone in the digitalization of the Italian criminal justice system.

Under the technical guidance of the Department for Technological Innovation of the Ministry of Justice and its Directorate General for Automated Information Systems, and with the legal and organizational input of the Councillors of the Data Processing Center and administrative staff of the Cassation, Net Service has developed an innovative platform for the filing and publication of criminal rulings at the Supreme Court of Cassation.

Since the inception of the digital transformation journey, Net Service has supported the Ministry of Justice, leading to the implementation of the Electronic Civil Trial. Since 2018, Net Service has been responsible for the development and maintenance of the information systems for both the Civil Justice of merit and legitimacy.
