The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) is the agency of the European Union (EU) that provides independent scientific advice and communicates on existing and emerging risks associated with the food chain. EFSA is based in Parma, Italy.

The 19th of November 2019 EFSA opened a tender for the supply of Integrated Services to support IT, logistics, and business workflows.
Net Service is the principal of the grouping of enterprises that won the tender.
The commitment will have a duration of 6 years.

Massimiliano Tambini, Chief Operating Officer of Net Service explains, “Net Service and the other contractors will work jointly to upgrade the existing service model. We will also support EFSA in improving the satisfaction of its Customers with the ultimate goal of, maximizing effectiveness and optimizing the overall cost of services”.
